Clear, consistent instructions for poses that includes some latitude for teacher discretion so you don't get a too "scripted" feeling.

Extensive class schedule. Multiple convenient locations. Great locker room facilities.

The teachers! Kyrie, Natalie, Lisa, and Liz are my favorites. I also really appreciate the variety of classes you offer. If I'm feeling tired, I might grab a C1 or 1.5. If I'm feeling really strong, then C2, Sculpt, or a Hot Power Fusion class might be in my practice. I used to do Bikram yoga for many years. When I got pregnant, I needed a milder option. That is when I found CorePower. I haven't looked back since!

However you don't offer enough HPF at Poway. For example on Saturdays there is only one option.

The classes flowed perfectly. I really love the music selection, the variety of classes offered, and that there are multiple locations I can go to wherever I am.
