I always enjoy the format and fluidity of the classes. The instructors are very well trained, and all generally speak the same class/yoga 'language'. I also appreciate how the instructors encourage the individuals in class to have an intention to focus on for that day's class.

This studio is one of the best in San Diego. I really enjoy coming here because the teachers are great, the parking is easy, the studio is spacious and clean, and the vibe just works.

Clear, consistent instructions for poses that includes some latitude for teacher discretion so you don't get a too "scripted" feeling.

Suggestions:
Add a c3 class
Start classes on time. Most are routinely 10 mins late. Problem for those on a schedule
Provide addl training to Kyung. She's a great yogi but instructions too verbose difficult to understand and music too loud. Her classes are poorly attended
