Like the atmosphere of peace

I love CPY, it would just be nice if some class times staggered. So, hpf at 4 Monday, Wednesday and Friday and C2 Tuesday and Thursday. Also, a 6 am weekday c2 class would be awesome! I think people workout at the same time each day, so I imagine other people would like to vary their schedules with class options too.

Everything. However, I wish earlier classes around 5 or 5:30am were offered.

The guides at Poway are very supportive, and super friendly. Any day I make it to the studio for a class is a good day.

Loved the lobby/ retail area. Heated rooms were perfect humidity & heat. Class was sequenced perfect balance fun and dynamic.

I like Sonny as an instructor and enjoy his teaching. I was disappointed when the C-1 class was discontinued on Wednesday nights. A friend that I had referred to Poway Core Power dropped her membership because the class was discontinued and she could only take the class on Monday and Wednesdays.

I am now going to transfer over to the 4S Ranch studio because they have more availability of the C-1 class at a time when I can take the class. I will continue with Poway on Saturdays to take Sonny's class.

I love the vibe of the studio and clientele. The studio is clean and cozy. The clients aren't clique-y. Parking is close and easy. I rarely have issues finding a spot.

Teachers and clean facilities

Great teacher (Grace). Cushioned floor was appreciated.

I really like the instructors-- Annie, Natalie, Kyrie, Sonny, and most recently, Shane.

The clean studio and great classes.

All stuff are nice and knowledgeable. The place is always clean. But one thing I don't like is shower temperature. It's too cold.

I like the classes and the teachers and it's super close to my house.

My only issue is the floor is always very dirty, there is always hair and dust bunnies in the corners of the studio, were students usually like to put their belongings. Please try and keep the floor cleaner.
