Per classes no complaints at all. I especially love Kyrie, Marybeth and Shane.
I don’t really buy the products - they are too expensive for me.

The classes relaxes and centers me. Helps with my balance and opening up joints and stretching muscles in a way that I’m unused to. Taking your body to new places makes you stronger mentally and physically!

Great classes, wonderful teachers. Kyrie is especially great.
However, I am always VERY disappointed with the cleanliness of the yoga studio, when I put my mat down I always see dust bunnies and hair balls on the floor, no good! Please do a better job of cleaning your studio.
