I am a 100% disabled Veteran, I have had multiple surgeries and have found yoga to be a means of maintaining long term mental and physical health. The Poway and 4S studios are both well run their respective studio managers, all the instructors are very professional and all safety and health precautions are maintained at all times. I would highly recommend the Poway and 4S Studios to other family members and friends.

I like that new times are being added for different formats. The instructors do a good job at breaking down poses and walking us through the flows before we go in to breath to movement. No one seems to be confused or lost.
It’s a place to go for community and solace in this crazy world . It keeps me grounded and strong and healthy ….
So far my Corepower experience has been good. All who have completed trainings with the company have been satisfied and I am happy I get to practice here.

Kyung is unique in that she embodies the spiritual aspect of yoga while also guiding us through a very physically challenging practice. She is a gem, and the experience was wonderful.
I liked the temperature of the room, cleanliness of the studio, the amenities offered, the music and flow of the class, and the instructor! It was my first C2 class after a couple years of bikram and she helped guide me intuitively. I enjoyed her vibe and message.

you get a lot in the hour workout- core, strength, aerobics, medItation, and with a trainer. I also like that you can go at your own pace each time,, depending on how energetic you feel. The instructors make you feel like they really care.
