has helped me both with my mental and physical health. I highly recommend the core power facility located within the City of Poway.

This place Is amazing. Going to practice after 2 years of self isolation is not easy. Core power poway made me ease into in-person class so easy. They are warm, friendly and most of all, respects personal space. Amazing team!

I think Core Power has great teachers who care about their students. I really love having a range of styles and personalities to choose from when taking yoga, depending on how I'm feeling that day and waht I'd like to take away from my class.

I LOVE THE POWAY CORE POWER! This place is very clean in the Womens bathroom and in the Showers! The Studio is always Clean, and refreshed before each class. I love the HPF classes and C-2. My favorite teachers are Shane and Marybeth and Michael and Sara.

Wish they had more classes for the times I need thou. Also wish they were in Escondido!

Your yoga studios are clean and your instructors are really good at what they do. I don't like doing Sculpt in the heat though.
