Great teachers and clean studio
Excellent classes. I dropped in for one class (use to be a member and recently moved back) and the price for a single class is pretty steep.
The teacher was awesome and the facility nice and clean. My son and I had a very good experience and it was my first time. The instructor was so kind and nice to me.
We cannot take advantage of the free week as my son pulled his groin and I am on medication which makes me shake so I am unable to hold any poses however we will both be back once we get through our issues. So happy to have a place close to my house.

The Poway studio is the best Core Power studio i have been to. The staff is super friendly, the studio is very large and the bathrooms are always very clean.

I love the 8am Sat C2 75 minute class with Hyung! She is energetic, knowledgeable, a wonderful guide and lovely sense of humor.
