I was highly impressed by the teacher, Kellie, for her creativity and patience adapting to the new outdoor setting. She and the manager adapted quickly when there was a challenge with the speaker provided. Additionally, the outdoor setting was a nice alternative to indoor practice. I felt completely safe and felt the class was an excellent opportunity to practice. The class sequence was challenging and kept me engaged the whole time. Excellent job to the Poway team!
i live closer to the 4S studio but the poway location was open during these times and i gave it a try - so happy i did!!! the instructors are so friendly and push you to challenge yourself without being too overbearing! i feel such great energy here just from a couple of classes and i can’t wait to use my membership as much as i can!!

I loved Poway! I went to mission valley and la Mesa as well and Poway has been mine and my friends favorite location so far. Great instructors, great building. You walk in and it’s calming. The bathrooms are extremely big and cleaner than the other locations as well. Love it!
