I love the la Mesa studio. Everyone who works there is so friendly and the teachers are great!! It's also very convenient to get to being right off the freeway.

I love all the CorePower studios, but La Mesa is special. The community is very open and seems to genuinely engage their members. Rhiannon is THEBOMB.COM. She is absolutely the reason I make the 15 mile drive to this studio when there is a studio less than 3 miles from my house.

CorePower La Mesa has the most wonderful, knowledgeable, kind, caring and helpful instructors ever! I absolutely love this studio and it is where I first fell in love with yoga and signed up for power teacher training before I transferred to clairemont mesa for their hpf tt! La mesa CorePower is walking distance from my home so I practice here all the time. I did my first crow pose and first flying frog here so this studio has centimental value to me as well :) over all LOVE this studio♥️

The instructors a CPY La Mesa are involved and share genuine interest and encouragement regarding my improvement as a yogi as well as my development as an individual. I've been to several other CPY locations, and this one is my favorite so far.

Stefania's HPF class was excellent! I really enjoyed her music, cues, and theme. I will definitely recommend her and CPY La Mesa to my fellow yogi friends.

I like the HPF, sculpt and restore classes. The staff and guests are very friendly, especially at la Mesa. It's one of the cleaner locations and kept up well. It's my preferred location.

CP is great! I would like to have the "Silence in the studio" be announced more before class. Last 3 visits there were people texting and phone noise while others in the studio were sitting in silence. Many new people don't get the full concept. This used to be one of the lovely places I could go, have silence, and enjoy my practice without cellphones. I'd love for that to return. Thank you.
