So great to be back in the studio!

During the pandemic - toward the end, I began going to other studios to just get back at it. I also started teaching at another local studio outside of my business. I recognize that all studios are unique and special in their own light - however I moved here from Hawaii 5 years ago and started going to CPY days after - then also joined some of your TT's, and through this experience I came to the realization that CPY is like a family to me. The consistency and the level of skill that various instructors have are stellar and something I have grown to count on in my life. I'm so happy to be back at the La Mesa studio. Thank you for all that you do for this community.

I like the size of the studio, the staff, the cleanliness, & the heat! On that note...
Please clean the air return vents in the ceiling in the south studio (windows facing Parkway Drive)

i really liked this studio, the space was very big, very easy to get to off freeway. the class was very good, the flow was harder which i liked, instructor gave the basic pose and allowed people to try different variations, so didn't make people feel bad.

Paige is the best!

The instructors like Lindsay and Nicole and Claire are phenomenal. The studio is big and clean. Convenient east county location and plenty parking.

Wonderful staff and classes!

It is impossible to schedule a class. You may not charge my credit card for something that is impossible to use. I have submitted the request to freeze my membership until June. I will dispute any charge that CorePower may have put on my credit card. I realize that times are difficult these days. CP is a huge company and you may not charge me for absolutely nothing.

I hope things settle down in the near future and I can restart my practice. Thank you

It did help that the rooms were not as hot, but I think you should continue to require masks and take temps. It is the only reason I’m coming

The teacher was great and the class was exactly what I needed

I’d like it if they provided a definition sheet with the names & poses. It’s hard to understand the teacher sometimes. It’d be nice to know what she’s saying & what the pose looks like.

I absolutely love everything about this program and have been to Ari’s sculpt class many times and fall more in love with it every time!! She’s an AMAZING instructor and so inspirational!

Everyone is very friendly at CPY La Mesa. I am brand new at hot yoga, and I am older and more out of shape than most people in the classes- and I never feel dumb or out of place. The teachers are all very kind and helpful. I especially like Paige's classes. Thank you!
