I have been a black tag member since 2013. I have not visited the La Mesa studio! It is very clean, parking was easy and Amy was so amazing and had the best laugh! I really appreciate her! My daughter is at SDSU, and will be signing up as a black tag member! She loves the classes so much!

I’ve been a consistent and committed student at CPY La Mesa for 6 years. The staff are great humans and I feel part of a positive like minded community there. The only “negative feedback” I’d like to share is regarding your Teacher Training programs. I’m an instructor myself and own a Wellness company in San Diego- Out of 8 certifications, 2 TT programs I went through were at CPY in La Mesa. Although I understand that CPY is more of a corporate studio, I never once felt that I received much positive motivation or support. It felt more like a cattle call and all about the income that the TT’s produce. I speak for many in saying this. I would advise that there should be a bit more training/coaching on the management side to reflect more of a positive, supportive and uplifting environment for teachers in training. We all need to remember that it takes a lot of energy, passion and focus to become a good teacher - and when you really commit your time and love for Yoga and express your interest in teaching there, out of true respect for the practice- You should be acknowledged and supported, not ignored. It really doesn’t take much to do so. I’ve been a business leader for a long time and sometimes a little motivation and support goes a long way. Especially when you can see the person has put time, a lot of money and energy into CPY consistently, each and every week. I speak for many, that may not have the tenacity to share this feedback. I feel that it is very important. Lastly- when it comes to the classes and instructors- I can’t say enough how amazing they are. I’m proud to be part of the CPY La Mesa community. I love the community in La Mesa. There are excellent teachers that motivate, inspire, and challenge me every day. That along with the other people make it a wonderful place to practice yoga.

Claire Arm is an absolutely outstanding instructor! I have taken her C2 class several times and her knowledge of yoga combined with her creativity and physical fitness make every class enjoyable while getting a fabulous workout! I wish there were more instructors at her level! I recommend her to everyone I know and recruit my friends and family to take her classes. I need to try her Sculpt class which I assume is fantastic!

So far everything! I’m on a 3 day free trial, and I enjoyed the guidance and inspiration from the instructors. My C2 workout pushed me and gave me an excellent all full body and mind workout.

The friendliness of the customer service provided by the people at the La Mesa location as well as the vigorous workout driven by Paige. She pushes her students and encourages us to focus on the here and now. Paige is consistent, dependable and full of light.
