My experience has been more amazing than I ever thought it could be. The Customer service is top notch. Everyone in the studio is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and always willing to help...and I know they mean it! I love their motivational words and encourgements and of course, the fabulous adjustments. This place makes Me leave a better person. I can confidently say that I have always had a wonderful experience with my teachers here in La Mesa. One of my best life decisions has been to become part of this yogi family!
The large studio, the instructor was very welcoming, the easy to navigate space and clean restroom.
The studios are nice and clean, the teachers are great and I LOVE the 1:30 C1 class I try to come to at least 3 times a week. Having 2 studios is a great advantage as we don't have to directly follow a hot yoga class for our C1 in a too-hot studio. I tried the La Jolla studio once and that was a problem with only one kind of stinky studio. I never went back to that one. Plus, there is lots of parking at La Mesa...an absolute must for me as I'm picky as to where I leave my car.

I love the welcoming nature of CorePower, it is yoga for everyone, as evidenced by the free trial week, the range of classes, the yoga for trade program and the teacher training programs. I have been able to deepen my practice through all of the above and I am very grateful for this! Also the app and the various locations make taking class more accessible throughout my busy days. I have met inspiring people both teachers and students at CorePower, thank you for making this possible.

Instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. Studio is clean, parking is never an issue.

The people that work there...amazing. Absolutely amazing! They are the most gentle, friendly, kind, caring, educational, spiritual, helpful people I have met. They made things very calm, being that I was nervous my first time trying yoga. I liked going there for them! I will continue to only go there and look forward to someday making yoga a habit. The only part of yoga that is difficult is the expense, to include the monthly fees, products, clothing; but Corepower prices are very comparable. And the neatest thing is the offer of cleaning the studio occasionally to get free classes...that is way too cool and shows the true spiritual side of yoga. Thank you Corepower!

I like the diverse courses which can meet my personal demands to relieve the everyday,s stress and pressure, get power and strong. The HPF and S classes are my favorite ones. The schedule is very flexible. The environment is clean, comfortable, and warm. The teachers are sweet and nice. I really like the climate-control classroom. I aspire to apply for a membership card. The only thing I am worrying about is there will be no product improvement and innovative ness. To meet our daily demands, we need energetic classes with periodic innovative and creative improvements to keep our loyalty.

All instructors are always warm and welcoming with smiles in the morning when I arrive. Lately they have been even leaving little fresh snacks out to share..I love the feel of the studio being smaller then the others.The studio is always very clean feeling
I like that I'm not a yoga professional, I'm clumsy and not flexible but They never feel bad about it. The instructors guide me to the right stance in a professional and motivating way. The instructors are so polite, and have amazing energies. I love corepower!

Clean. Convenient. Lots of classes.
I love all the locations and flexibility of hours. Love the fact that all the teachers have their own twist on the class. I've been going for about half a year and Susan Tull this week at her class showed us the broken triangle push up, this was brand new to me!!! Teachers like Susan keep yoga fresh and interesting, otherwise I can just buy a yoga DVD. Keeping it interesting makes me continue to go back.
