I love the location and the large airy studios.
Even if the classes are quite full it doesn't seen overly crowded.
Parking is easy.
I appreciate this studio as I've been to many other studios in SD and been overwhelmed by inconsiderate yogis.

The instructor was very welcoming. I'm new to yoga and she made everything easy to understand and it was very calming. All around a great experience and I'll be coming back!

The variety of classes, 6am classes to start of the day, the instructors. Love having a CP in east county.

I rate CorePower Yoga & (La Mesa, Ca. location) Excellent. NorthPark location good too.
Other locations are an option for me and I will go too them as well.
Please consider Alpine, Ca. (My town😉) a little off the grid location (you won't be sorry).
I know of a few great structures (buildings) for you/us.

Challenging class with teachers that give clear instructions.

The instructors and the yoga community is welcoming. The classes are amazing, the people are great and the space is clean. Nice women's locker room, and glad to see the eco friendly water bottle filling stations.

I absolutely love the sense of community that CorePower embraces! All the teachers are so knowledgeable and are truly passionate about yoga and teaching it to others. I love the variety of classes offered from the C1s to HPF and CoreRestore. It's awesome to be a part of a yoga studio and still be able to lift weights and really amp up your workout all while maintaining the yoga principles and foundation. I know CPY is a brand, but it is really so much more! It has become a second home to me and a place I look forward to going "almost" everyday. I love seeing familiar faces and even people whom I have become close friends with. Not only is CPY a wonderful place to practice yoga, but the amenities are so clean, modern, and welcoming. I love the locker rooms and the showers are so nice and always kept immaculate! And, who doesn't love to shop?!? The merchandise and products are amazing...and I love the added touch of selling homemade local products! I could go on and on...but, overall CorePower is absolutely wonderful and the people, the environment, the teaching, the philosophy, has all helped to shape me into a better yogi, wife, Mother, and friend. Dani and the La Mesa team have created an amazing community at the La Mesa studio. It's quiet and supportive. It's my favorite CPY studio in San Diego.

I really enjoyed my free week at Core Power in La Mesa. The instructors were incredible, I especially enjoyed taking the sculpt class with Lupe and the hot power fusion and C1 with Rhiannon. The instructors knew me by name even though it was my first week in the studio. I have been doing yoga at home via online instruction for the past 6 months, so I was really craving a live course with other students and an instructor to help me with my poses. Core Power was just what I needed. The heated rooms are a great perk, and I felt myself wanting to come back more than once a day. I cannot afford a monthly membership at the moment, but I will definitely be dropping in on classes when I can and will hopefully become a member soon. My experience with Core Power has ignited this flame and passion for yoga that I've been looking for!

I haven't bought any products but the services are great! The classes are outstanding. I feel like a brand new person when I walk out of a class. There is no better feeling then starting your day after yoga.
I do wish that you guys gave discounts for Government.

Everything, the instructors, the scheduling of classes, type of classes and what's being taught in the classes.

I love the classes its clean and I love that it offers a full stocked shower lockers etc.

I enjoyed the workout and the instructor was positive and easy to follow.

Atmosphere that the instructions and the studio. Calm and quiet so you can really get centered and focus...unlike the classes offered at a gym there is no banging of of weights, loud chatter or ac running.

The instructors are fabulous! I am challenged in class but feel comfortable to sit out if I am exhausted. The studio is really clean which is an important factor to me as well.

I have been to both core power 1 and core power 2 and was very pleased with both teachers. I am new to La Mesa and the studio was very warm and welcoming! I would highly recommend going!
