It is easy to access and park at this studio, and I appreciate that the classes that I have attended are not overly crowded. I also have really enjoyed the instructors that I have had thus far, Ainsley and Susan T. I love that they both understand how to challenge students in a gentle and non-competitive manner. (I know that Susan T is working on her new playlist - but I happened to catch her old one yesterday, and it was awesome!)

This studio is staffed by a great group of people that truly make you feel welcome.

Lots a classes everyday, so there is usually one that fits my schedule.

Clean studio, friendly staff. The only negative is the small lobby. It's often awkward after class with all the sweaty bodies trying to maneuver around each other. I know very little can be done; however, something to thinkeep about in future designs.

Different levels of yoga practices. La Mesa has the best parking and the classes are not crowded :)

The products are a little expensive. The classes specifically the teachers are what set Core Power apart from other Yoga studios. They are always positive, nurturing and welcoming.
