I love how every instructor I've ever met at MV is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I was nervous about doing yoga for the 1st time back in October - I thought I would be very out of place because I'm older and need to lose weight but I am so glad I just went for it.

Absolutely LOVE Meli! Her flows are unique and different than the normal sun A/B, I can't check out because I don't know where we are moving next! She constantly pushes me to perfect my form and my mind.
Great studio, enough showers, locker room space, studio floor space. Can't beat this place. :D

Variety of classes like nightly Yoga Sculpt class at 830pm. Wish they would bring back bootcamp 2 week session.
The teachers are amazing. Studio is always clean and of plenty of parking.

amazing, teacher rocks, the facilities are high quality plus the classes are rocking !
It´s so bad that I´m in Merida, Yucatan Mexico and I can only attend on vacations

The classes at Mission Valley are so professional and most of all so fun. It takes a lot of energy to run a office and I can bet anyone who visits will walk away impressed. Great attitudes at this office.

What do you like about our products and services?

Mayra was really good, really enjoyed her class. Please take this as constructive not as critical. But, the showers in the men’s room need to have the mold removed. The area by the soaps look really bad and are not clean.

I would still recommend this location, and Corepower to anybody, thanks for doing such a good job!

Always been a fan! I come semi-regularly to Yoga Sculpt classe to supplement my either training and I love it! Great work out, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and trainers who change it up every time!
