Hot Power Fusion classes for Point Loma, Clairemont and PB are all later in the morning or extremely early. I would like to see at least one of these studios with a 6:45 or 7:00 am class.
6:00 is way to early
7:45 PB class is VERY crowded with very little room
8:30 is too late

Every time I go to this studio it is always clean, the lobby, the restrooms as well as the studio. My Wednesday nights would not be the same with out attendinf Mika’s 7:15 Sculpt class. Not only is every class different she always incorporates a theme built into the class That starts the minute she closes the door and till the end and can take with you once you leave the studio.
Oh, I cant forget her workout A+. She never takes the night off.
