This is my favorite CorePower, every class and teacher has been great.
Good instructors, good location.
Finally brought back 8:45pm 1.5 class. Best class to take after putting the kid down and preps you for a good night sleep. Instructors have been great so far. You might have to open up another class soon as the room was very crowded last night.
I like that you offer the core restore class!
CM CP is the cleanest CP studio I have been to. They have very friendly and caring teachers and the best manager.

Dee is an amazing instructor, always has been...I go out of my way to go to see her, especially when I feel the need for a pick me up. Her energy is contagious and her, the little astrological tidbits are a great addition to her traditional pose style flow... Her flow, accessible for most allows you to go deeper into alignment and breath. She's a rock star and CP is lucky to have had her as an instructor for so long.

Good, clear instruction. Clean, well maintained studios. Shower and changing facilities. Wide range of class types. Multiple locations and class schedule options.
Claremont is my favorite studio! however, I wish there were more C2's and Sculpt options in the early 6am slot or 5:45 slot. I have to either go to the UTC or Point Loma studios; which really isn't preferred.
