CM studio is one of my favorites and most frequented studio. my one request is that HOT YOGA be offered. I injured myself several months ago and I have a torn labrum in my hip. since then, doing flow classes has become physically uncomfortable. not being able to practice like I did and feeling like I can’t keep up with the flow, has taken the joy out of doing yoga. Lauren Nichols recently sub’d a class in PL and instead of HPF, she taught Hot Yoga. PL offered HY years ago and it was so great being able to do HY again! being able to do one posture at a time, allowed me the time needed to get into the correct form and my body loved it! not having to worry about keeping up with the flow and stressing about the next posture, HY kept me calm and most importantly, didn’t aggravate my hip. PLEASE add HOT YOGA to CM studio. please and thank you for considering!

I really wish that you would have Dee’s Core Restore classes be recorded for CorePower online one of the teachers featured on core powers online classes. I’m still not super healthy and it’s difficult sometimes to get to class. It would be great if I could just do one at home when I’m not able to get to the studio. Thanks for listening!
Yoga instructor Lillian Chu is such a lovely presence! Also, this Clairemont Mesa location has been incredibly proactive in cleaning its locker rooms!
Very welcoming to newcomers
The studio is so welcoming and especially clean. The Yoga teacher, Ray Morales is incredibly welcoming and receptive to connecting with each and every student. I am so impressed with how much time and attention she can offer students before and after the class. My first experience with a Core Power Yoga studio is wonderful. I hope it's the beginning of a thriving ong term relationship!

I personally love this studio because it is clean, the classes fit my needs, the instructors are welcoming and it feels like a community where I’m welcome to challenge and nurture my physical and mental health! Unlike some studios that prioritize trends and superficial gains, Corepower Clairemont is a place for learning in an environment with likeminded individuals of all ages who are there to honor healthier living!

My neighborhood CPY, Clairemont, also happens to be my favorite of all the locations I've visited. The most important thing is the people who run and teach the studio. They are absolutely fantastic people. The facility is always clean and everything is in good working order. There is even cold filtered water available.
Good location
I thought Dee did a great job in class. The room was very warm. Not too busy. Vibe was good. Poses were challenging but not a struggle to complete the class. I haven't been to yoga in awhile but I'm definitely not new.
