I’ve only been to two classes in my trial week. Both classes were HPF and both instructors were good at pacing the class with clear instructions. Both made themselves available prior to class to answer my questions and or address my concerns. Everyone I’ve encountered in class/between class have been pleasant. A peaceful environment is definitely fostered.

I like the variety of classes offered at all the different times. It makes it easy to fit yoga into your schedule regardless of how busy you are.
The community that is present is what truly keeps me coming back. Teachers invest in their students on and off the mat and other yogis in class become friends.

Love classes in Claremont studio. They have a great team of Yoga instructors. I took multiple classes over the last year and they all have been great.
