Absolutely love Corepower! I usually go to the ones back near my house, but now that I have business to tend to in San Diego, I’ve found that same homey feeling in a new city. The staff is always so welcoming and they all have that similar love for the practice of yoga which is nice! Will continue to stop by whenever I’m in the area!

This is my first discovered CPY and it holds a very special place in my heart. No matter where I travel to, I cannot wait to come back to my home studio with several of my favorite faces and practice. This studio is my home away from home.

I went once. I usually go in North park,Hillcrest and Mission Valley. The teacher Jackie was really great. So I would definitely look for her again. She was subbing. I went to Clairemont because my daughter had soccer practice in the area and I couldn’t make it to any of the other classes in my are that day.

I unfortunately can't remember the name of the instructor as I was visiting a friend who goes to Core Power in Clairmont. She was great! I love the workout! The combination of strength training and the meditative yoga is a great mix.
