The instructors are very hands on and care about your well being. Front desk personnel are very friendly and actually are willing to share hints and tips, on how to improve your poses to, recommending accessories for your mat!

I love all of the retail and especially love the classes! The HPF class was fantastic! Eliza is a phenomenal teacher and always themes her classes perfectly! Her messages are well received and enlightening! She never disappoints!
