I just took the HPF/HY w/ Cold Plunge with Kay and Josh...and it was AMAZING!!!! I know it must be A LOT of work to set this up, but I would LOVE to see this adopted on to the regular schedule or once a month. I'd be happy to pay a fee, it was the best way to end a hot class, more please <3 !!! Thank you!!!

Great class. Locker room was a bit smelly but I don't think that's possible to change without new carpet.

I LOVE my local Core Power studio! the instructors are thoughtful and truly wonderful. The pace, sequencing and music for the C2 classes I attend are so enjoyable. I love attending classes taught by Elle, Thai, Josie, Jo anne and Melissa. I'm looking forward to Suz coming back to teach again. thanks so all my fantastic instructors! Glenna

I live in La Mesa with a studio closer to me but absolutely LOVVVEEE the studio in North Park. David is my favorite instructor. It is apparent how passionate he is about yoga. The studio is the right level of hot, David is amazing in his guidance, and I have not had any issues with anything at this studio.

I had the most AWESOME opportunity with Instructor Damon! He is very gifted. Damon, can be use as an example of how to lead a class.

I only say 10 if the person has a specific HPF experience they seek just like me. Caitlin is very unique and knows how to run a very releasing HPF, calm voice and music with all the need I seek and more.

I had an awesome experience taking a hot yoga C2 class with a group of instructors finishing their training. It was one of the better hot yoga classes I have been to and I would definitely come back and take any one of their classes again!

Great class; the feeling of being Opened Up physically and emotionally, really good flow and suggested thought was Awesome.

I loved how friendly the staff was with people taking the class and each other - the camaraderie was contagious. Our instructor, Gabby, seamlessly moved among us, continuously instructing, offering options and encouraging.

I think some reminders to both the instructors AND yogis...SITUATIONAL AWARENESS people.

1. Be mindful of where your sweat is dripping as you walk by mats. I know we are all pretty much sharing each others DNA but I don't really need a direct deposit.

2. Don't put your mat directly in front of another's. It's called staggering so we can ALL see the mirror. Really this most basic yoga etiquette needs reminding?

The welcoming and friendly staff establishes the roots for a friendly and supportive community.

Amazing Kay is incredible

I love the North Park studio yoga instructors, but PLEASE freshen up the studio. The sweaty carpet is just gross and the big cracks in the studio floors are big enough to fall into when doing downward dog.
