I took two classes at the North Park studio this weekend. Meli and Monica were both amazing instructors. I loved their styles of teaching and thoughts before and throughout class. I don't live in San Diego but whenever I visit, I stop into the North Park studio because I always leave with a huge smile and a full heart. Thank you for the community you have created and continue to nurture. I'm proud to drop in and be apart of it when I can. Xxoo

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. As a beginner it can be intimidating to go to a studio where it seems like everyone knows what they are doing. At corepower though the instructors offer adjustments and there is no judgement. Just give them a chance you won't be sorry.

Although I can't take classes as often as my daughter does, every time I have a chance to go with her is a great experience, from the teachers who are very attentive and knowledgeable to the installations which are so neat and clean.

This is my second visit to Core Power in San Diego. When I came in March, I was hooked and after the first 5 days free, I enrolled in Sacramento Core Power. North Park instructors are fabulous!

As soon as I entered Corepower Yoga - North Park, I was greeted and welcomed with a smile from the staff. If it is your first time, they will help you in order to make sure you enjoy your experience. My first class was Hot Yoga, which was the first time I had ever tried a class like that, and I loved it so much that I have already returned 5 times within the same week. The classes provide you with modifications or challenge you to do something you have never done before with the help of a friendly instructor. Once I walked out of the class, I felt so much more rejuvenated and more awake than when I had entered the class. I would definitely recommend Corepower Yoga to anyone willing to find their inner zen!

I'm a SET member and I'm currently enrolled in Summer Power TT. I chose to work atthis location for the atmosphere, cleanliness and friendliness I acquire when I'm at North Park studio. Amore, the studio manager is a big reason why this location is so successful. I recommend all my friends and co workers to take class here!
