I like the flexibility with scheduling, the location, the staff is super nice. I love that the staff make a point to remember your name and use it during clasd. When you are new - you feel uncoordinated - it is reassuring to know the instructor recognizes you and supports your practice. Shout out to Eron - he offers cool lavender cloths at the end of class and he recognizes his students.

Everyone is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. I love all the instructors and their diferent practices! I am always learning and giving my body and mind the best maintenance it can get. Having two studios in this location gives members the opportunity of more frequent classes. Crew works hard to keep the facility clean.
