Great classes, great instructors, great facilities, perfect temperature, great experience

I love everything about CPY! I cherish my connections specifically with instructors Andre and Forrest. They are both exceptional teachers! I appreciate them for their skill and wisdom and especially for the way I feel after taking their classes physically but especially mentally and emotionally. They both set the tone for my life by providing a positive path. Even my 5 year old and 12 year old daughters say that their classes make me a "nice mommy" haha. I visit Hillcrest and Point Loma mostly but all of the studios I've visited (almost all of the San Diego studios) are nice and clean with friendly staff/management. I cannot say enough about how great CPY is. It's a "must" in my life!

I like the location (though the studio takes some time to cool down) and the management a lot. There are also a few instructors that I think are excellent. I do however think that the company should consider the Hillcrest location and the demographic that is represented. How many "young" and "straight" instructors are needed? Perhaps a couple more instructors that more closely resemble the Hillcrest demographic would we a welcome change.

I love the atmosphere the second I step in the studio. It’s always clean and the teachers are all extremely welcoming !

I love the Hillcrest studio! I've been going since I moved to SD 5 years ago. I only wish it was bigger :p But I always have a great experience here.

The location is close to my house which is nice, but I really love the instructors! It takes some trial and error to figure out which ones run more serene classes and which are more energetic, but they are all great. Viktoria is my favorite for a real pick me up class!

Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed every class I had with this studio. Thank you!

I drive from Del Mar to take Andres class. He is a fantastic instructor that challenges me both physically and mentally. He deserves a raise!

Core Power Hillcrest is the studio when I began my Yoga practice almost 8 years ago and it changed my life. We have a wonderful community of students and teachers. The classes are challenging and inspiring. I wish to extend a very special thank you to one of the most wonderful teachers with whom I consistently and joyfully take classes, Viktoria Talbot. She is a teacher who infuses her classes with joy, creativity, enthusiasm, and a true sense of community. Her C2 flows are beautifully constructed, respectful of individual limitations and strengths, and, very simply, fun! Under her tutelage, my practice has strengthened immeasurably. Her classes, week after week, are literally packed with students who share my devotion to this amazing teacher. Thank you Core Power Hillcrest for Viktoria Talbot, for my fellow yogis, and for all of the other wonderful teachers who inspire me every day!

I was really impresses with the C1 class I took this week. The instructor was injured, but lead a wonderful practice. It's been a while since I've taken a C1 because I usually would be bored, but her guidance was really intuitive and intentional.

I find the instructors with Core Power to be usually of this caliber. The facility is always clean and the studios are large as well. The music is great too!

Clean, efficiently operated locations, available and reasonably priced clothing and equipment, friendly, supportive, knowledgeable teachers with great attitude. Clean and well maintained locker rooms and showers. Good variety of class types and multiple local locations makes scheduling a visit really easy (that last one is a big one).

Some well-intentioned feedback from a black tag member: the Point Loma men's locker room is pretty disgusting last I saw it. Not the first time I've noticed the poor condition and lack of cleanliness at that location. It's to the point that I have decided not to use that location any longer. It's surprising because all other locations and so clean and well maintained (I've use almost all locations in the San Diego vicinity.

CPY is an all around great yoga studio.
