Everyone is so welcoming and I'm so glad I found this studio.

Friendly instructors, clean locker rooms, cleaning staff to maintain the locker room. I do like Yoga but as a woman of color , the heat is bad for my hair, I went in wearing a straight style, by the time the class ended my hair puffed up. Not blaming the staff or anyone , it's a part of life and it happens often but I usually like to get more wear out of a straight style. Maybe I can find a moisture absorbing headband.
Maggie was very nice and knowledgeable about yoga. I work with mentally ill kids and it can be very taxing to take on their "stuff" during the day and sometimes they aren't so nice and my coworkers and I at my clinic receive death threats from our patients. So I'm thankful to have the yoga studio classes to be a source of positive energy and a safe space to unwind.

The yoga classes are great, they move fast, the ones I took are not for beginners but they have beginner classes. The last class I took-fusion I couldn't hear the instructor--had to watch what other students were doing. Recommend amplification or talk louder, maybe turn music down.

Always a clean an welcoming environment with polite and patient staff that care about your journey. Willingness to allow you to succeed with new poses and hands on this ends when needed.

Love hot yoga. The instructors are so professional and experienced.
Facility is great. Shower facility is good.
They could benefit from better cleaning the yoga room and shower facility.

Consistent schedule, the convenience for me living do close is great. I know parking is a bit of a challenge for some people. The instructors are different and all have a great spirit. Every class I've gone to, they be been able to help me set a different and relevant intention and their adjustments have helped a ton.

Hillcrest studio is small, but the community is tightly knitted and wonderful.

I like everything about the quality of the teaching, the choices of classes and times available, the cleanliness, and the special classes, such as Eliza's Ying/Yang C2, etc. I would recommend requesting/ensuring that people talk and use their phones outside the studio.

The 545am Tuesday class instructor was *amazing*. Great challenge but balanced, music on point, his way of connecting to ourselves and others wasn't awkward, vocals were perfectly audible, all around awesome. Great workout.
