I love CPY! I regularly practice at many of the metro San Diego studios, my work schedule can be all over the place so I appreciate how easy it is to find a class almost any time with the app. The teachers are awesome and I have gotten to know many of the students too. It's such a great community to be a part of :)

Great teachers, nice studio, easy parking.

The staff extremely friendly. While I've only been to 2 classss, I thoroughly enjoyed each. Again, the staff really enjoy teaching too. Clean facility and close to my home.

The staff at Core Power Hillcrest is exceptionally knowledgeable in yoga practice, anatomy, and crafting a solid theme that is woven throughout class. They make you sweat, laugh, and cry (from the beauty of their theme). What more could you ask for from yoga?

I was in San Diego for my daughter's graduation at SDSU, and had the pleasure of attending Atalie's yoga sculpt class. My main CP studio is Pasadena...Atalie's class was tough, a great workout! So glad I was able to attend. Thank you Atalie!

This is by far my favorite studio. The classes are consistently and appropriately challenging. The instructors are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this studio to anyone who is interested in yoga.

All the teachers are absolutely wonderful! I love coming to this studio because there's such great energy in the room and the students make sure everyone has a space for their mat. I've been to another CorePower studio and the students do not know how to line up their mats to make room for other students.
