Lis was great- brought an interesting and timely focus to the class with a heart mudra. Kept a good flow that was very well timed with a clear theme that recurred in fun ways.
Also forgot to comment on Forrest’s class Wednesday- was one of the most creative classes I’ve had in a long time! Really fun and challenging! His message delivery in the beginning was heartfelt and perfect and awesome- love the idea of holding everyone up as we breathe together- of symbiosis and community.
Speaking of- Everyone was friendly- I felt very welcome as a visitor. Hope my home studio is as welcoming!

I was visiting from Boston & found parking with only a few minutes to spare before class started.The front desk yogis were super accommodating, friendly, and made room in the class for us! The CPY2 class was challenging and sweaty-exactly what Iove! I would definitely come to this location again.
