Yoga classes are def. an experience, and each teacher brings their unique style, which is my favorite part of core power. Overall its great, and workouts are just great! And at times I find myself wanting to be on a mat in your studio to find some peace and meditation.
(Also Sometimes it is amusing and eye opening at the same time to hear stories and interpretations and experiences about India, and I wonder about the places teachers have been to - to date, my fave is some marketplace in india where people live in harmony with cockroches and spiders and that it doesnt bother the people to have them around their food; i almost threw up, haha! as an Indian myself, and growing up in India until my teens, I do not recall living amongst cockroaches and spiders in harmony; and def would annhilate one if i saw it near my food, and my mother would def. not visit such marketplace. But Im sure such market places exists and such group of people exists. It is incredible to hear stories in such positive light, even though im sure their initial gut reaction was disgust, mine was!)

Class was a perfect heat and the challenge level was appropriate for the class!
I went to teh C2 classs becasue Forest was teaching. He is one of the few C2 teachers that has a challenging flow. I always feel like I have had a great yoga workout after attending his class

The Hillcrest location is my first go-to for yoga. The vibe is good and it is always clean. It is always good to see Kirsten; and perhaps one of the best teachers at CorePower, if not in San Diego, Heidi, has a few classes at Hillcrest (feel free to give her more!).
