I just love the classes and variety of classes depending on what my body/mind need! Only ask is to have 7 or 730 am classes. Seems like it goes from 6am to 8am in the 3 corepowers near me. Seems like there could be a way to have more time variety.

I love everything about the studio! Sculpt and yoga teachers are amazing. It is a community. A warm and happy place to go! Love it! So does my body 😉

Classes are good to very good, as are teachers. Men's locker room is small. Needs expansion. IMO, the better teachers, set their music playlists and forget it. They dont skip around, change the volume significantly up and down and dead stop songs in the middle, all of which is distracting. Remember its hpf yoga, not a dance club. While a couple of teachers, like Amy Rae, tend to suggest "quiet" so we might get 2 minutes of savasana, most teachers allow an immediate loud conversation among class participants and those waiting to come in. This takes away from one of the best parts of yoga: drifting off into savasana after class. Then there are the teachers that "cant wait" to clear the room, throw on the lights, change and crank the music to their playlist, which is annoying.

Other than the above, CPY Del Mar is great.

Absolutely love the instructors and classes! They have improved my health and wellness greatly. Very positive and motivating environment.

All of the instructors at Corepower are amazing but Karen at the Del Mar facility in particular is full of energy, thoughtful, and a joy to be around.

Music, movements, I love it!

Great studio with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, not too crowded, offering ample space for movement. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish!

The teachers and staff are very nice and the format is easy to follow and contains all the major exercises / stretches I should be doing. My only real complaint is that HPF is too hot at the Del Mar studio.

The instructors are all very competent

This is my main studio now—I’ve tried others, but this one is my favorite. Wonderful teachers, a clean studio, and they offer the HPF class at a time that works perfectly for me, which has become hard to find elsewhere near me.

Brea Rose at the Del Mar 10 AM Saturday location has all the elements of a perfect instructor: Intelligent and thoughtful, constructive and encouraging, teaches for the whole class, but is able to specifically help each person as well. Confident with quiet healing energy. Brea was what pushed us to belong to Core power instead of other local and also excellence Studios.

Locations, cleanliness, schedule and when the instructor is experienced

Love it soooo much. Has helped my body calm down inside due to 50 year old female hormone changes. Love that I can do sculpt one day and flow the next day. Love that u added strength training classes to the mix as well! Also love the showers for when i need to go to class and then go to work after…

Heat, humidity, instructors

You have some great teachers, heat works well (for last few months). Classes are on time. And thank God someone fixed the shower curtain rings in the mens handicap shower! Now if we can only get the deoderant spray bottle back in the mens room... All good!

This place is my second home

I was so happy to take class on Christmas Day! The studio is giant and I loved their massive retail space. I don't do a ton of hot yoga, but the day and time worked perfect for me! The room was up to 107 aat one point, which is SO HOT, but I know people love that!
