Johnny's Friday YS class was amazing! Room was clean and set was in there cleaning the mirrors--wonderful. My YS class on Tuesday had people setting up for class with sweat on the floor from the previous class :(. Instructors need more set help IMO. Tamara was handling so many things at once.

I love the yoga sculpt class, the staff, the energy. I take this class when I am visiting from Toronto, Canada. I wish you had Core Power in Canada!

Teachers are amazing! Robert C2 Saturday id the best, Tamara's energy for sculpt is contagious and SO fun. Anga is so consistent and great in all classes. LOVE Karen's classes.

Xuyen was a great instructor and showed us how to do the right moves with the correct form during the class. Great energy, very forgiving and helpful that she let us come a couple of minutes late. Thank you!

I have been attending corepower since 2009 the level of the instructors on point! The friendliness and welcoming environment is amazing. I go in feeling stressed out and feel like i have left an hour massage. My husband goes now more than I do!! It’s my happy place and my sanctuary.

I love the combination of mindfulness and flowing through a challenging asana. It is a perfect balance of intensity and stillness.

great instructor - tone of voice, confidence, content, and you could still hear her over the music which is important.
One opportunity for improvement during busy classes is for the instructor to ask that everyone squeeze in a bit or to create an extra row if needed. In the absence of this, its very awkward for folks to have to interrupt folks already no their mats and can set up uncomfortable vibes for the start of class. If the instructor makes a request then it takes the unwanted burden away from the customers.

Love the variety and frequency of classes. Easy to sign up. Teachers are amazing and I always get a fantastic workout and leave feeling energized. The classes have improved my fitness and health.

Great studio and staff! So thankful to be a part of this community. There's a good mixture of classes offered at times that work with my schedule. I enjoy spending time here and bringing buddies to practice with me.

The yogis! Jackie Bates is a fantastic representative of the brand. You should recognize her and what she provides to the students in the way of authenticity, compassion, knowledge and just overall great human!
