The teacher Tamara R came up with a really creative and interesting class. It kept me engaged and really worked me hard. Not a ColdPlay fan myself, but I still enjoyed the class a lot

The community free classes are awesome! Jenny is great! After a 5 year yoga hiatus this has been a gr was t refresher. Humbling yet refreshing. Has given me a place to get the rust off for free :)
