Karen's HPF at 4:30 on Wednesdays is fantastic. It is intense, hot, humid, and she gives expert guidance. She holds the space beautifully. When I arrive at one of her classes I am prepared to sweat and give it my all. The facility is clean and well maintained. The women's showers really do need to get fixed. Please....

I miss the Saturday sound bath experience at 10:30am! Hope it returns!

Great work out! I had to tap out after about 40 minutes, but my goal is to conquer the class next time. Thank you for providing a "no judgement" zone to allow me to learn and compete (eventually).

Loved it!

Many class times, types, and locations to choose from that fit with my varying schedule and fitness needs. Recently there have been some classes that incorporated sound bath and would love to see more of these!

I love the hot Park fusion class, and Jacqueline was a fabulous instructor

I took a yoga sculpt class and I liked the energy. I like the good combination of yoga, weights, abs and lower body work outs. Definitely walked out drenched.
