Class times, instructors, challenging classes
I like the class, I like that there are mirrors in the room so I can correct my form. I wish there was more corrections by the teacher though. Everyone is nice. The locker room is nice.

Great class, friendly staff, enjoyed the hot yoga class and appreciated that it was more laid back then many bikram classes I've taken from other studios.
Very nice facilities. Challenging class. The instructor was very upbeat, positive and helpful. I've been to yoga classes at other studios in the past where instructors can be condescending if you're not a total master yogi...! It can be very discouraging. But even though I struggled a little bit in this class (as it was my first studio sculpt class), and my instructor only encouraged me, and others around me. I loved it, and can't wait to return tomorrow!
The frequency of class offerings (particularly hot vinyasa), the availability of classes on holidays, the amenities afforded at the facility, and the quality of the instruction.
The teachers are great and the classes are fun and challenging.

Amazing teachers and great selection of classes. One bit of constructive criticism is the women's bathroom could use some tidying (trash can was full, paper towels were jammed & one sink was totally clogged).

The instructor Emily N. was subbing in for the class, i was visiting from Seattle, after a fun night in portland, it was great to detox to an intense cardio focused class with Emily, while definitely physical, Emily provided several options to keep it at your own pace; you'll leave her class feeling restored and reset.
Teachers are amazing and the facility is very clean. I look forward to coming to every class and leave feeling so satisfied, relaxed, and renewed. Would recommend to anyone! Best yoga facility ever.
