I love the frequency of classes. I have an irregular schedule, and it's nice to know that no matter what my day looks like, I'll be able to find a time that works for my practice. Additionally, the staff was so welcoming and warm!

I really liked the instruction in the 11:30am hot yoga class on Sunday! She was very encouraging and mentioned where us "newbies" might want to stop, and what to do when we were ready to move on, and what the ultimate goal in the pose was. I just really liked the approach. I've only been to yoga 4 times in my life, so I really appreciated a session where I could practice and not feel bad for not being able to accomplish everything perfectly.

I love your variety of classes, plus the teachers are all good, yet each give a different flavor too. I do wish that you folks would change the 1 hour hot yoga class to 75 minutes so we could do a few more poses twice, which makes such a difference with that style. In any case, keep up the good work! Great teachers, nice facility!

Website was easy to navigate and find a beginner level class. The instructor was not pretentious and not assuming. Overall it was a very approachable introduction to yoga.

The check in was pretty fast before the class. The Staff was very nice and welcoming. Alice, the instructor was very good. As an instructor and trainer for 20 years I have taken many different kinds of classes and a Yoga class is one of the hardest to cues, she was spot on!!! I appreciate the calming tone of her voice and how knowledgeable she was.

As for the service I have always felt welcomed and a genuine connection with the staff as soon as I walk into the door. I feel that staff at CorePower are wholehearted interested in how I am doing that day and curious about yoga practice can best fit my state of being for the time being. I have been working very hard in a Chaplaincy Residency and when I attend a CP class I appreciate the attention from staff to spirit and body. When I leave I've had the chance to reconnect with myself via another genuine heart at CP, core power.
