The teachers and environment are very pleasant and welcoming, the studio is always clean and tidy. The locker rooms are comfortable and really well appointed. There's a good variety of classes. I also really like the selection of retail items--you can really tell that a lot of care is put into that. The SET program is such a great opportunity to deepen practice and make it more accessible.

It is such a friendly, welcoming place. I know that all I have to do is show up and I'll be taken care of. Whether I'm feeling weak or strong, I will be supported and encouraged and will leave feeling so much better.

I love the classes and class times as well as the set up of the studio and locker rooms. The supply in the locker room is amazing.

I think the facility is beautiful and very high end, the instructors are really wonderful and diverse in their interpretations, the location is great, there's classes happening all the time, and the prices are fair.

Everything. I told my instructor ysterday that I was in Portland for some pretty emotional work I had to do after the passing of my mom. I went to your studio about 7 times in the 10 days there and everything... every instructor, class, environment was perfect.

While it is a collection of very high level practitioners, it's not intimidating. Everyone that works there is very nice and welcoming, especially Lisa, Claudia Molly and Molly's often teacher partner, who's name is slipping me right now. Though I really do wish there were a 7AM CP2 class :(

The instructors are exceptional. i've taken classes from James, from Sarah, from Sandra, and I'm impressed by the consistency: they don't teach the same way, but they are all at an exceptional level.

I like the mix of fitness with yoga. I also have enjoyed all of the instructors - good instruction, interesting flows, good music and good hands on help.

The staff is amazing, super fun and inviting. There's great energy from the moment you enter the studio which is carried out thru the classes until the time you leave.

James is a fantastic yoga teacher. I have taken yoga for several years in Portland and he is simply one of the best in town. He knows how to connect with a class and lead seamlessly. His classes are challenging but taught with several options for any level, everyone feels welcome and included in his class. There is a love for yoga he gives in each class mentally and physically...I feel completely balanced and dripping with sweat after each session. His alignment cues are perfect and easy to understand, the music drives the class and his attention to the flow is awesome. I go out of my way to make James yoga class fit into my busy schedule. Each James class is a true yoga experience mind and body.
