Almost every class and instructor is extremely awesome!!
Must give a shout out to instructor James. His guidance in class is precise, he successfully coaches all level of students, and his classes have depth with both the internal and external structure of every practice. Thanks to James, an experienced yoga master who helps brighten the light in many of us in our 6am practice.

Good consistent workout! I miss C 1.5 classes as the add variety without too much extra heat!

CorePower feels like a second family! Everyone is always so welcoming and motivating! I love how there are several options offered even for each pose so on any given day you can challenge yourself or give your body a rest if you have an injury etc. After a year at core power I feel more balanced and strong! :-) thanks!
