I love the heat and challenge I get with every class. Studio is clean and inviting. Instructors are knowledgeable, fun and really push you in the best way. Great music too.
I have recommended to a few people who have signed up! The teacher mix is very good and the class schedule gives us a lot of flexibility - my whole family (wife and two kids) are members and we do family yoga in the south east most weekends!

I love the core2 and sculpt classes! Jessica is by far my favorite teacher. Class prices are the only downside.
