I walked in last Friday after a swim and my 24 hour local gym spoke with a young fit gentleman at the counter when I first walked in and he was super Uber friendly help me feeling right at home energies. I am mediately joined and did my first hot yoga session 2 hours later. I’m looking forward to joining enjoying the journey with Core Power and my fitness regiment going forward. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your program.

You have really rebounded since Covid! So many classes and so much good variety. I can pretty much catch a class almost anytime of the day. I love it.

This was my first time doing yoga in a studio setting. I thought Haley did a great job guiding me (and the class) through. Haley has a very calming voice that’s easy to listen to and follow. I enjoyed the class very much.
The community, the heat, the mat work, the abs, the stress relief, really- everything but the cost

Mckenzie’s class was awesome. The cadence of it was very different than what i was used to in Phoenix but it was a very welcome change. She had great energy and everything we did in the class was doable and i didn’t feel like i was wearing down. Definitely looking forward to showing up more often once the snow melts away.
