I love the variety of instructors guidance and hands on adjustments if needed. I like how its a calm environment and I rarely feel like Im being judged or that I have no options in class if I need to modify,
I love the people that work and workout at this studio. I love that I can choose from my three favorite workouts; yoga, sculpt and strength. I wish there was more of a yogalaties type class, overall I am extremely happy with CorePower. I appreciate that when I travel I can visit other CP studios under my membership and keep my workout going.

For this being my first experience trying yoga, I’ve got to say it was well worth it and surpassed my expectations. Riley did an excellent job instructing and critiquing when needed. She had great energy and encouragement throughout the entire session. I felt lighter on my feet and in an exuberant mood. The locker rooms were also well-kept and offered care products. Mindfulness and serenity filled the room in which we surrendered to. Best feeling ever. Definitely will recommend and continue classes in the future. Thank you.

I really like all the instructors thus far, I’ve noticed immediate differences in my body and energy, I have already decided to make it part of my daily plan as much as possible
I love the number of classes to choose from and generally excellent teachers.
The instructors I have met so far are super friendly and encouraging. They continuously remind students to listen to our own bodies. One of them seemed to teach partly with her eyes closed and didin’t demo much, so wasn’t so helpful. The studio has a nice vibe to it, good locker room - it works so well that they provide locks (and hairbands!) I do wish there were some classes without heat. The one supposedly unheated class I took was very warm because of a prior class and no real attempt to cool the room down (could have left the door open before class & turned on the ceiling fan).
After recently moving to the Portland from Mexico City, I found in Core Power Yoga a place that could make me feel home with all its amazing classes, instructors, playlists and the studio itself being so cute and with all the beautiful yoga gear and accessories there.
