Mary is an amazing yoga teacher... I feel like I am getting a yoga class and simultaneously, I am experiencing a philosophical and historical journey through her lesson.
She combines story telling, historical references, music, heat and yoga poses in such a beautiful and poetic manner... she is wonderful!
I refer to her as a yoga teacher that combines astrology, astronomy and history, with a hint of inner reflection.
