The multiple locations throughout the Twin Cities and many class offerings make CorePower a very convenient option for being active. One location is close to home, another is close to work and a third is close to my daughter's school. The variety of classes is awesome as well. Going from weights in Sculpt to calming in Restore help get balanced workouts into my schedule.

The instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I love taking Zoe’s Hot Power Fusion class. It is challenging and relaxing. Her cues really help me to balance better and be more aware of my body.

I love the teachers and the energy everyone e brings to each class. Best ever!

A welcoming, calming environment!! I really like how the instructors recognize and remember me, in particular Nora B. I leave the sessions feeling like I’ve moved my body and am in a more peaceful mental state, especially after the references to the personal intention set throughout the hour.

I like the instructors, the classes, the location, and the facilities.

Nora is wonderful. Her classes are awesome and the music she picks is fantastic. Pegah is great too, tough but fair. Becka also give a great class and is funny. Grand Avenue is my favorite location in the Twin Cities.
