Clean and the girl in the class is super professional
I love the variation between instructor styles and flows. I like that I know what I can expect from each instructor, and they are very consistent. I like the ease of scheduling on the app. I like that the class sizes are not so big where there is barely any space for participants (at another location it was very packed and kind of unsanitary because other people’s sweat was getting too close to me). I like that instructors keep air flowing in the hot, intense classes. Instructors are very knowledgable and seem happy to be there and love what they do!

Pega was a great instructor. I’ve been away from my mat for awhile and her guided instructions were very helpful to getting back in the groove. She and the rest of the Grand Ave staff were super friendly and helpful.

A community of nice instructors and members. It was my happiness every morning. Such a great selection of classes and times. I had to move back to school where y’all don’t have a location!
