My first experience with Yoga. I really enjoyed.
Corepower fits seamlessly into my life and going to 5 classes a week is easy because of the amount of times offered. I’m a night shift nurse, so the evening classes are my favorite. I personally love the C2 classes because they are a workout, but also really focus on the spiritual side of yoga as well.
I wish all Corepower locations could be like the one on Grand. The instructors, atmosphere, and locker rooms are the best.

I’m loving it! But I’m retired and have time to go to mostly any class. The staff is always friendly and greet you when you arrive. Just glad my girlfriend got me there! ❤️
Friendly, clean, great yoga experience.
The studio is welcoming. I was a long time member of CPY, and took a three year hiatus since COVID. I was nervous to come back because I’m out of shape now. While the class was challenging, it was everything I needed. I’ve visited other studios who are wonderful, but nothing really compares to the formula of the CPY class structure.
