It is the best way to feel warm and alive in the middle of a Minnesota winter. After a yoga class at Corepower, my skin looks better, I feel better, and I'm in such good shape that I'm on my way to having Michelle Obama arms. I just tried a yoga fusion class today with Katelyn and I not only felt stronger and more accomplished, I left feeling more peaceful and centered than I had felt in weeks.
Everyone is positive, even when they may be feeling tired/exhausted, all the teachers put a smile on their face and know they are there to bring everyone's energy level up!
It was a great work out. I felt that I was pushed myself farther than I can do by myself.

Many of the instructors offer thoughtfully challenging classes and appear genuine and knowledgeable.
I like that classes are at consistent and convenient times and most of the teachers are rally great.
I have continually experienced wonderful and knowledgable teachers at the Grand location. Favorites are Amelia and Kate C.!

Great yoga, very relaxing atmosphere!
The St. Paul Grand Ave. Studio has numerous Hot Yoga classes (not just hot C1 and C2s - they have HPF, HYE, etc) which are my favorite class. I am recovering from a shoulder injury and am not able to perform the numerous chaturangas in a C1 or C2 class.
There are plenty of showers and lockers as well.

I really like the heated studios and the incorporation of yoga and weights is great! I love being able to do both yoga and cardio/weights yoga on different days/times. I feel that I get the complete package of fitness for both mind and body and get to sweat it off.
The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. The staff is always up-beat.
The studios/locker rooms are always SPOTLESSLY clean. Instructors are very informative and helpful. I was new to CPY and could tell after just three classes and a couple hands-on adjustments that my body was finally getting the poses correct, I could feel it! I have had many different instructors at CPY and all are outstanding.
