I feel very comfortable at the Grand Avenue studio. Nisreen has continued to make this a welcoming location. My favorite CPY teachers are at Grand.

I love the variety within the sculpt classes (all I take is sculpt) and I love the HEAT! Great energy with the instructor last night (thurs 830 grand class)

I love all of the Core Power classes, especially Sculpt and Hot Fusion. I find the instructors to be very kind and knowledgeable and meet me where I am at - I never feel pressure to do or be more. Additionally, I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in the door and find the atmosphere very welcoming.

I like to be able to get away to a quiet environment and take some time for myself to practice yoga. I also like the mat and the yogitoes that I have purchased. I have not purchased any clothing although I would if I could afford it.

I personally LOVE the energy at the Grand Ave. location. I have taken a class at the Highland locale just a few miles away and it just wasn't the same. I am always greeted warmly, immediately upon entering. For someone new to yoga classes, it can feel a bit intimidating walking into such a upscale studio; I mean this isn't like walking into the YMCA. I have found however, all of those leading practice to be very down to earth and encouraging, They remind me that I don't need to be perfect, and I appreciate the adjustments that I am helped with as I continue to "learn" the practice. I am moving to Florida in a few weeks and I hope to find a similar studio to continue to learn.

Love the many offerings of class times, great teachers and heated yoga

I like how there is a variety of classes, and that they last only 1 hour. It's much easier for some reason to get motivated to go to a 1 hr class as opposed to a 1.5 hr class, it fits into a busy day much better. I also love the addition of the 10am hot yoga class!

Everyone is always so kind the moment you walk through the door. I have been to several locations and they are always so clean and welcoming. The teachers are always so patient and encouraging; allowing you to play and push yourself. Every class I ever taken has such a variety of students- from people with the ability to do hand stands to new people just trying to keep their balance, it truly is a judgement free area.

Unike any other core power i've been to befor this is the only one i have seen to clean the weights
