Student Testimonials
Overall, the staff of instructors and the options for late evening classes. Heather, Cynthia, Al, and many other really great instructors.
Instructors are top quality - very inclusive, energetic and fun!
I have been taking yoga at Corepower for about 2 years. The instructors are great and really know what they are doing. They don't just practice it but live it. I have experienced a lot of back problems and when I've had questions about what poses to take or how to improve my practiced that instructor would take the time to help and show me.
I have and will still recommend CorePower to family and friends.
Thank you very much
I like the whole vibe of the teachers and studio
Great community
Every instructor brings something new... It keeps it interesting and challenging
The teachers are very qualified and well trained. They do a good job of maintaining a balance of working our minds and bodies. I also like the soap/shampoo/lotion in the showers and locker room. It is also very convenient for me in terms of location.
The instruction and the atmosphere is excellent. I think the variety of classes is very important. You can take a hot class or a sculpt or any level of flow classes plus ryder at highland park! I do wish there were more 90 minute hots available in the are and yin yoga.
The variety of classes and instructors available are great.
Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Studio is clean and has interesting products for sale. Instructors assist with any special needs the clients may have, as I am recovering from a broken arm and Sara helped me.
Dependable and of high quality

Great atmosphere
I love the variety of classes available!
Great instructions, grounded in the principals of yoga, good workout
The instructor makes all the difference! I recently went to classes lead by Jen and Kate C and they were both fabulous in their own unique way. Keep up the good work:)
The quality of the teachers, facilities, and classes!
The employees are genuinely friendly and make everyone, especially newcomers, feel welcome.
Very friendly staff. Easy to Park.
The people at the desk are very friendly and welcoming. The environment is clean.
I mostly like the staff and their teaching. The facilities are nice, as well.
So convenient and easy. Classes are powerful and easy to follow. Only gym that guarantees you a sweaty work out
Very accepting of beginners. Only down fall is the classes can get a little to full
The massive selection of class times, makes it work with my erratic schedule
The locker rooms make it possible for me to practice with my erratic schedule
I love the heat, especially in these long days of winter. This studio also has more of a Yoga vibe with the instructors paying
more attention to the background and principles behind the practice.
The only thing I'd like to see incorporated into a class is a savasana. Please , pretty please. It's such an important part of a class. Even just 5 minutes at the end would be awesome.
It's the general mojo. So friendly, not intimidating..love it.
During my first week at this studio, it has already become my favorite. I like the quiet and calm environment of your lobby. In comparison to other studios, the teachers and other students were respectful and I felt welcomed with open arms. Another thing I enjoy is the studio space, not too big or too small. Great space to feel connected. Teachers are inspiring and thoughtful while leading practice.
I have recommended Core Power to my friends and family and have brought multiple people for a free first week. I love the teachers, especially Amelia, atmosphere and culture of the Grand Studio. I love everything about Core!

I LOVE CorePower Yoga. Although the selection of products is somewhat expensive, I love all of the fun options to choose from. I love the ambiance, the lighting, music, everything! It's perfect for beginners but also provides a challenge for experienced yogis.
