Emily’s 7:30 C2 is the best class in the Twin Cities. (I’ve tried a lot.). She’s funny, compassionate, and her pacing is perfect. Bre is also awesome. Please do whatever you need to do to keep these two!
I absolutely love taking class from Timmy. He leads such a wonderfully positive & mindful experience. The C1 class on Sundays is just utter bliss.

Love the instructors there, especially Lucas, Jenna, John and Barry! Actually, I’ve never had a class that I didn’t love at this location. I always leave feeling grounded and restored. It’s the highlight of my day whenever I’m able to make it to my mat.
