Good teachers, hard intensity
Instructors are amazing, very kind and challenge you to do a little better each time.
instructors are great. despite the locker room & parking crowds at SLP, i continue to go because of the teachers. The energy & quality are great. Genuine teachers = happy students. Some of my favorites are Reena, Judy, Tim, John, Barie, Emily Ha and Ka. Gina & Samantha. I think all the teachers are great but but those are the teachers who are there at the times i can typically make it.
Note: removing the teachers names from the CPY app has made it almost useless. I now look up schedules on a browser instead of the App.
I really appreciate the variety in the C2 classes and they way teachers build skills over the month.
It was my first time at a Core Power and my first time doing yoga at all. The instructor was very helpful from getting me signed up for my free month and in the class as well. All around a great experience.
Teacher was great (can't remember name but was a guy).
Parking is the main thing to fix... I've had to drive away and skip before.
Love the CCC classes! Offer them at more locations!
Love sculpt and CC! Best teachers by far are Jenny, Louise, Emily, Claire, and John. I’ve been a part of this CPY on and off for around 3 years now and they make this studio feel like home.
Friendly and competent staff
range of classes - 90 minute hot, Aldrin's C2, all the noon hot yoga express and the Hot Power Fusion. Great teachers, nice facility, great vibe.
I’ve been to Hanna’s 7:30 am Tuesday class a few times and she has great music and an awesome personality
It is just not as fast paced and challenging as most of your other classes.
It would be great if she could increase the intensity of the class by adding more challenging moves. Burpees, jump squats, harder arm weight movements. Less breaks in between.

I thought the class was very good and the instructor had great energy. The lighting in the studio had a few main fixtures that I wish would have been turned off for class, they were extremely bright and glaring.
