I really enjoy the instructors at NE CorePower and the location, but I am not a huge fan of how close the mats are together. When the classes are full it often gets overwhelming and really hot/crowded.

Meghan was so helpful, the flow was so good. She showed us different ways to progress and rest, I was so energized for the day by the end. C1 is just as challending as C2 in my opinion.

my instructor!!! Grace is so amazing. She is kind, friendly, encouraging, and genuine. you can feel her love for what she does in every sequence. she is patient and always checks in with the class to make sure that everyone is doing alright.

I wasn’t sure that I could do sculpt when I first started but grace is the reason I keep coming back and i feel myself getting stronger every session!

I pray that she knows how much she is loved and appreciated. Praying that God will give her strength to continue to show up even in hard moments and seasons. Praying that her light continues to shine in and outside of the studio. In Jesus name!

I always have a healing yoga session at the Northeast Core Power studio. The teachers are highly skilled. The studio is very clean. I love Northeast!

I like the community atmosphere and the staff is fantastic they make everyone feel comfortable no matter your skill level.

i actually like the low heat for sculpt, when classes are packed with people it gets tooooo hot. i realize there are heating issues forcing the low heat, but overall i think its better, i can push myself harder without getting fatigued from over-heating.

Celeste is a fantastic Sculpt teacher. I loved this class.

I loved Ava's class. She has an uplifting presence. Her sequence was creative yet simple and achievable.
