i actually like the low heat for sculpt, when classes are packed with people it gets tooooo hot. i realize there are heating issues forcing the low heat, but overall i think its better, i can push myself harder without getting fatigued from over-heating.

I send my heartfelt love and support to everyone who enters the doors at Northeast Minneapolis CorePower Yoga, and especially to the kind and welcoming staff and teachers. The studio will remain a place of peace, justice and healing. Thank you! I came to Erin's class specifically to ease my anxiety over our troubled city, and now things are horribly worse.
