Like you would expect from core power the instructor was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job leading the class and giving helpful corrections. The facility itself was one of my favorites in the city so far, I love the location and that there is plenty of parking (at least there was for the Sunday morning class)

Erin at Northeast is amazing. I have had 300 classes but she always stretches me just a bit more physically and mentally. It is so rewarding. I wish I could go to more of her classes but that 730 is just a little late in the morning for me!!!! She is just a strong teacher I appreciate it so much!!!!

I previously taken classes at CPY about 10 years ago so when I started classes at the NE location I was a bit nervous.
What I will say was that my concerns were quickly abated by the changes that CPY has made to its brand and that lovely, welcoming and inclusive community the NE CPY location embodies.
I am enjoying the classes and becoming part of this community. I feel welcomed, supported in my yoga practice and encouraged to try new poses and classes with only positive energy.

Professionalism and the friendliness of the staff
Corepower has been such a welcoming and safe space for me to practice yoga. My practice has transformed my relationship to self and has encouraged self love and healing. Erin is such a wonderful instructor, who brings kindness, motivation, and compassion to each class.
I always enjoy practicing Yoga with Corepower. I've been to 5 or 6 location all the facilities are great and instructors and wonderful and energetic. Keep up the great work. 😁
