The staff is amazing!
I prefer to go to NE for Hot Yoga. Why? Well, one reason is there is an instructor there who if fantastic. Let’s face it, they are all good at NE, but dang the one that does Hot Yoga is amazing. Now, if you want me to list all of her amazing attributes, there just isn’t enough room in this small box. Suffice it to say that when it comes to CorePower, she is a superpower. I think her name is Erin. Her Master Classes are just that!
I love Mark’s classes! It was especially nice that it was a free community class. So fun to see so many different people in the studio on a Sunday morning.
Mark’s 90-minute C2 Core Restore is the best yoga value in town! It was like having an afternoon yoga retreat just for having a Core Power membership.
I came to the class with sore shoulder, and tight lower back. I left feeling pain-free.

Facilities are very nice and the instructors are awesome. I've gone to a few sessions with Alice lately and she is top notch for early morning workouts.
I enjoy the wife range of different classes and class times. It allows me to be able to practice with your studio around my work schedule. The teachers are I find to be incredible as well!
