Very friendly environment right away, people at front desk explained everything that I needed to know and told me if I had any questions they were there to help! After class the instructor spoke with me more about my free trial and exploring classes! I will be back!
The music kept going out on Lauren but she handled it super well and was able to still guide us without music for quite some time and then quickly found a way to fix the music. I know she was really stressed about the situation and kept apologizing but I think she did a great job handling something completely out of her control! She is also one of my favorite teachers and does a great job making the class challenging and fun.

I was welcomed to the studio. It was my first visit and the staff very friendly and let know where everything is. The class was great, I loved the cool down meditation at the end.
