I want to let CPY know how much I LOVE the studio at Falls Church!! I especially want to compliment Jewels and Meng for being the most fabulous yogis EVER! Not only do they always show up to class with a smile on their face and enough energy for the entire class to draw from, they truly care about each and every student at CPY and it shows. I always look forward to class, and walking in to the studio is like seeing my extended family. Jewels and Meng take an active interest in what we do and don't like about class, and how they can make it better for the next round. They always make themselves available afterwards to chat and make sure that the experience was enjoyable and beneficial for everyone. I have learned so much about my practice and myself over the last year that I have been a member at CPY. Classes are consisteny good, well structured. Studio is clean and pleasant.

Love the space, the classes, instructors, and the changing room. The one area for improvement are the 6am classes. I have shown up to a class before and the instructor was no show. Also, the app on my phone stopped working after I downloaded the new app. It would not let me log in. Thank you!

Shanelle was amazing, I will def be back. Going to try to make her class every week because finding such a good instructor is so rare!

I love flexibility of schedule ; I love the positive beautiful instructors; I love the chic studio with nice couches, good smell, free water and tea. And of course , YOGA Sculpt is the absolute best exercise in the whole world .

The services are top quality and the people is just fenomenal. They are kind, warm, positive. I love this place. Great variety of yoga classes and schedules. Plus the studio is clean. I highly recommend it!

Can the Falls Church studio add more classes in the afternoon? A class around 3, 3:30, 4 or 4:30, particularly Yoga Sculpt would be great!

I like the format — no advance registration, class lasts one hour, time throughout the day, no monthly fee. The teachers are nice and the facility is clean and attractive.

Warm and friendly environment. Instructors are welcoming and personable, and don't make you feel like an outsider if you're just beginning to practice yoga.

The facility was very clean and offered good amenities such as water fountains, showers, and lockers. The classes were physically challenging, but each instructor also gave modifications for poses/exercises that needed them.
